Dance & Somatic Movement

My Background

I trained at Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance, completing three years of intensive professional training before joining ballet companies as a performing artist. My career later expanded into commercial work, including television, film, and music productions, and concluded with extensive work at the Royal Opera House before moving into choreography for film and TV.

How I Work

My practice combines technique, artistry and somatic awareness. I work with dancers, performers and non-dancers alike to help them access embodied confidence, creative expression and sustainable performance - on stage and in everyday life.

Ballet Teaching

Ongoing teaching and one-to-one teaching rooted in classical technique, musicality and healthy alignment - tailored to the individual's goals and level.

Somatic Release Sessions

Standalone movement sessions designed to help release stuck energy and emotions in a safe, guided environment - supporting clarity, regulation and renewal.

Who it's for

This is for performing artists seeking technical refinement, presence and performance stamina. Professionals or creatives wanting to reduce tension, build confidence and access flow states. And anyone drawn to movement as a route of emotional clarity, resilience and wellbeing.
