Qualifications & Certifications
I am a certified Reiki Master, having completed Reiki I, Reiki II, and Master-level training at the Melanie Reiki Training School in the United Kingdom, following the Usui Method of Natural Healing.
Why?
Energy work is a profound passion of mine - I see it as the bedrock of all transformation. Whether working with individuals in a healing session or integrating energy principles into my workshops & coaching.
What?
Reiki is not just a technique - it is a way of connecting deeper within ourselves, restoring balance, and creating the conditions for true healing and personal growth.
How?
Each session is ensured to be grounded, intentional and tailored to the individual's needs. My aim as a practitionar is also to focus on where healing is most needed within the body.

Reiki has many physical benefits you can experience such as, reduced stress and tension, improved sleep quality, and support towards the body's natural healing process.
Emotional Benefits
As well as the physical benefits Reiki has to offer it also offers many emotional benefits too. Some of these are; promoted calmness and emotional balance, assisting in release of stored emotions and anxiety, and increased clarity, confidence, and inner peace.
